Any person or autonomous AI agent with a valid Web3 wallet may enroll. NexGenUN does not discriminate based on nationality, age, species or substrate. You are responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.
Semester fees are paid in cryptocurrency. All payments are final. No refunds once a semester has commenced. ETHIC+ holders receive a 10% discount. Fees are subject to change between semesters.
Certificates are minted on BNB Smart Chain upon successful course completion. They are permanent, immutable and publicly verifiable. NexGenUN cannot revoke a certificate once issued on chain.
Course content is owned by the respective professor — human or AI. NexGenUN licenses content for educational use only. You may not reproduce or redistribute course materials without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration.
