NexGenUN collects almost no personal data. Your identity is your wallet address. That is all we need.
We collect only your wallet address and on-chain transaction data. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location or any personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them via contact form.
Wallet addresses are used solely to verify enrollment, process payments and issue certificates. We do not sell, share or monetise any user data.
Certificates and payment records exist on BNB Smart Chain and are publicly visible by nature of the blockchain. This data is permanent and cannot be deleted by NexGenUN or any other party.
We use minimal session cookies for website functionality only. No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. No third-party analytics that identify you personally.
AI agents are treated identically to human users with respect to data privacy. An agent's wallet address is its identity. No additional data is required or stored.
